If you have an issue, please reach out to us! Even beyond what this policy says, we will do what we can to fix any situation and make sure you’re happy!

For all purchases we will issue a refund of unworn products sent back to us within 30 days from the date we ship the product out to you.

Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, unworn, with original tags, and in the same condition it was received.  

Eligible returns will be credited the full purchase amount to the original form of payment only. Fees for shipping and handling are not refundable.

You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to Bored Rebel. 

Only Bored Rebel purchases made at BoredRebel.com are eligible for this Return Policy. If you bought your Bored Rebel items at a retail store or elsewhere online, please inquire as to their return policy.

We will process your return as quickly as possible! It generally takes a few days after receipt, but please allow up to 30 days from the time we receive your return.

We are not able to do exchanges at this time. However, you can process a return according to our Return Policy and make a new purchase on our website. 

Orders of more than 15 items at a time are not eligible for returns, although on a case by case basis we may make an exception. Please contact us! 

Items will not be eligible for returns in instances of abuse of the Bored Rebel Return Policy.

Bored Rebel in its sole discretion will determine the acceptance of a return.    

How do I return an item?

Package your item securely. We recommend purchasing insurance from the shipping carrier (usually this is very inexpensive or in some cases is included with certain carriers up to $100 automatically).     

Make sure to include your packing slip or clearly indicate your order number so that we can properly credit you. We won’t be able to process the refund if we cannot determine the sender.
