Our fun graphic t-shirt gift collection covers everyone — the bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen, maid of honor, best man, father of the bride or groom, mother of the bride or groom, and the step moms and step dads. For men and women, the luxury wedding party shirts can be worn as base layers, replacing the boring men's undershirt, or as a solo tee. The sayings available are everything from sentimental to humorous to sarcastic.
The best gift ideas from the bride and groom or parents to their wedding party, guests or family. A sweet custom gift for the happy couple. We know gifts for the groomsmen are particularly challenging. Bored Rebel completely solves that problem with a minimalist stylish tee that they'll actually love wearing after. These are wedding gifts for the whole family.
Bored Rebel wedding graphic tees are different. Most wedding party shirts are cheaply made, look cheap and feel even worse. Bored Rebel wedding t-shirts are the kind of luxury wedding graphic tee that will stay looking good for years. Premium wicking fabric, especially appreciated by grooms on their wedding day. Patented vertical design. Unisex classic fit that's flattering on every body type. And here's the part that makes grooms and groomsmen particularly happy — the unique vertical saying sits right behind the buttons when worn under a dress shirt. Nothing shows through under a dress shirt or tuxedo shirt. Guys can wear it on the wedding day.
Our wedding collection covers every role and every personality. Popular sayings for our graphic tees include bride, bride to be, Mrs., groom, just married, happiest day ever, we did it, bridesmaid, maid of honor, bride squad, best man, groomsman, team groom, afraid of the bride, emotional support bridesmaid, here for the open bar, father of the bride, mother of the bride, father of the groom, mother of the groom, bonus mom, bonus dad, promise to behave, never thought it would happen, pop the champagne and cheers. Wedding T-Shirt FAQs
These are the big-picture questions about choosing and using wedding T-shirts, no matter where you shop. We keep Bored Rebel-specific questions about our shirts, fit, shipping, returns, and other product details separate.
What are wedding T-shirts actually for?
Any casual wedding moment where the shirt adds something: the bridesmaid or groomsman ask, a bachelor or bachelorette trip, travel day, the welcome party, wedding morning, getting-ready photos, an after-party, brunch, the honeymoon, or a gift for family or guests. You do not need to invent extra events just to justify the shirts. Decide what you want them to do, then buy for that moment. We mapped out where wedding T-shirts fit into the festivities.
Are wedding T-shirts cheesy?
Sometimes. But the saying usually is not what makes a wedding T-shirt look cheesy. A simple BRIDE, GROOM, or JUST MARRIED shirt can feel minimalist, glam, sporty, funny, or genuinely sophisticated depending on the typography, placement, color, print, and the actual T-shirt underneath it. Judge the finished shirt, not just the phrase. If you want to go deeper, see wedding T-shirt sayings and design and what makes a T-shirt feel high quality.
Do wedding party T-shirts have to match?
No. Matching and coordinating are different looks, not a good-choice/bad-choice situation. Exact matching gives you the strongest immediate group effect, which can be great in photos. Coordinating lets sayings, cuts, colors, or artwork change while one or two visual elements keep everyone connected. For a wedding party with very different personal styles, coordinating is often an excellent answer. We show the difference in matching vs. coordinating wedding T-shirts.
What should wedding T-shirts say?
A wedding shirt is allowed to be obvious. BRIDE, GROOM, BRIDESMAID, GROOMSMAN, BEST MAN, MAID OF HONOR, and JUST MARRIED are classics for a reason. You can also use a date, destination, inside joke, nickname, relationship phrase, or something that has almost no obvious wedding language at all. If you are buying for other people, think about what they will enjoy wearing too. Need ideas? Start with our 50 wedding T-shirt sayings and idea starters.
What should I look for in a high-quality wedding T-shirt?
Start with the things you will notice in real life: softness, fit, fabric, opacity, construction, print quality, and whether the company gives you enough useful product information to know what you are buying. If the shirt is also a gift, the garment itself matters even more. A clever saying cannot rescue a tee that feels lousy. For the deeper quality check, see fit, fabric, sizing, and T-shirt quality.
How much should you spend on wedding T-shirts?
There is no single right price. Good graphic tees exist in the $20s and $30s, while higher-end garments, original design, specialty printing, personalization, and smaller-scale production often push shirts into the $50 to $100+ range. One bride tee she loves is a very different budget decision from outfitting 80 guests. For custom orders, compare the whole order total, not just the advertised shirt price. Our wedding T-shirt cost and shopping section gets into the tradeoffs.
How far in advance should I order wedding T-shirts?
For a straightforward order, about a month before the first day you need the shirts is a comfortable target. For custom, personalized, or larger group orders, six to eight weeks gives you more room for proofs, production, shipping, inspection, and a replacement if something ordinary goes wrong. If you are ordering late, talk to the company and give them the real deadline instead of simply hoping the shipping estimate works. See the full wedding T-shirt ordering timeline.
How do I collect wedding-party T-shirt sizes without making it weird?
Ask privately for each person’s usual T-shirt size. For a larger group, a private form or RSVP question keeps the answers together. Once you choose the actual shirt, check how that style fits and circle back only if there is a real reason to. And if someone gives you a size that surprises you, do not silently change it. The group-ordering section covers sizes, stragglers, reminders, and backup shirts.
Can a T-shirt be the bridesmaid or groomsman gift?
Absolutely. A genuinely good T-shirt can be the entire gift, especially if the design feels specific to the person or group and the shirt itself is worth owning. If everyone is also expected to wear the shirts together, tell them when. A gift is not automatically an instruction. We look at the gift-versus-group-moment question in both the bridesmaid T-shirt section and the groomsmen T-shirt section.
Should wedding guests get T-shirts too?
They can, and for the right wedding it is a fantastic little luxury. Guest T-shirts work especially well for smaller weddings, destination weekends, welcome bags, or a T-shirt bar where people choose their own. If every guest is getting one, collect sizes in advance. If people are choosing on-site, stock a sensible range. Most important, make it feel like a gift rather than a mandatory uniform. The Guide has a whole section on wedding T-shirts for guests, welcome bags, and T-shirt bars.
